| 摘 要： | 随着辅助生殖技术(ART)的发展,体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的临床妊娠率也已得到了提高,但仍有过半数的治疗周期未能成功,有关影响临床妊娠率的因素的研究越来越深入,本文就近年来研究较多的血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、卵巢血流与IVF-ET的关系进行综述。

| Abstract: | With the development of assisted reproductive technology,the clinical application of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET) has achieved a great success,and the clinical pregnancy rate has been improved.However,in general,over half of the treatment cycles have failed.The factors which impact on clinical pregnancy rate have currently been studied more and more deeply.This article covers the relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor,ovarian and uterine Doppler blood flow and IVF-ET. |
