促进子宫切除术后胃肠功能恢复的临床观察

目的 :探讨子宫切除术后促进胃肠功能恢复的方法。方法 :将子宫切除术后病人随机分为4组,在术后6小时分别给A组温水足浴,B组果导口服,C组温水足浴加果导口服,D组不给予任何治疗,观察各组肛门排气时间。结果 :温水足浴加果导口服组术后肛门排气时间平均为16.31小时,与各组间比较差异有显著性,P<0.05。结论 :温水足浴加果导口服是促进子宫切除术后肛门排气的最好方法,对术后病人早日康复具有重要意义

Clinical observation on enhancing anus ventilate for patients after hysterectomy

Objective:To investigate the best treatment to enhancing anus ventilate for patients after hysterectomy.Methods:All patients after hysterectomy were divided into four groups.group A was given feet bath with warmwater,group B was given gudao cathartic,group C was given feet bath with warm water and gudao cathartic altogether,and group D was given nothing treatment.The time for post-operation anus ventilation was observed among the four groups.Results:The average time of anus ventilation for group C was16.31hours.There was significantly difference among the four groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Feet bath with warm water plus oral cathartic is the best way to enhancing post-operation anus ventilate for patients after hysterectomy.It is important for the early recovery of patients.
