老年心肌梗死患者护理干预40例临床体会

目的探讨对老年心肌梗死病人的护理方法及体会。方法对急性心梗患者入院后的整体护理进行回顾性分析。结果 40例病人缓解明显37例,占92.5%,共死亡3例,占7.5%,其中1例死于无法纠正的心源性休克;1例死于溶栓治疗并发颅内出血,1例死于入院后7～8天再次心梗并发心跳骤停。结论做好急性心肌梗死的抢救治疗与有效的整体护理干预,可以降低患者的死亡率,降低并发症的发生。

Nursing Intervention in Elderly Patients with Myocardial Infarction:Clinical Experience of 40 Cases

Objective To investigate the methods and experience of nursing the elderly patients with myocardial infarction. Methods Holistic nursing of the patients hospitalized with acute myocardial infarction was retrospectively analyzed. Results 40 patients eased significantly in 37 cases,accounting for 92.5%; 3 patients died,accounting for 7.5%,of whom one patient died of uncorrected cardiogenic shock,one patient died of thrombolytic therapy complicated with intracranial hemorrhage,one patient died re-myocardial infarction complicated with cardiac arrest 7 ～ 8 days after admission. Conclusion Good life-saving treatment of acute myocardial infarction and effective holistic nursing intervention can reduce mortality and reduce complications.
