济生乌梅片防治大肠息肉内镜治疗后再复发的临床研究

目的观察济生乌梅片防治大肠息肉内镜治疗后再复发的临床疗效。方法将患者64例随机分为两组，治疗组33例采用服济生乌梅片，对照组31例服安慰剂；利用电子肠镜观察两组治疗后的疗效及复发情况。结果治疗组治疗大肠息肉复发率大幅降低，明显优于对照组。治疗组和对照组的1年后复发率分别为3．03％、6．45％，2年后复发率分别为6．06％、16．12％，3年后复发率分别为9．O％、32．3％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．001）。结论济生乌梅片可有效控制大肠息肉内镜治疗后的再复发。

The Study on the Clinical Effect of Jishengwumei Tablet on Prevention and Treatment in Colorectal Polyps relapse again after endoscopic treatment

Objective： To observe the effect and the mechanism of Jishengwumei Tablet on the clinical effect of prevention and treatment in colorectal polyps relapse again after endoscopic treatment. Methods： Cases with col- orectal polyps of 64 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group, treatment group in 33 patients with Jishengwumei Tablet and control group in 31 patients with placebo;Using electronic colonoscopy observe the curative effect of two groups after treatment and review of the relapse of 1,2,3 years later. Results： Compared with the control group, the treatment group in the treatment of colon polyps recurrence rate reductions and obvi- ously better than the control group. Treatment group and control group after 1 year of recurrence rates were 3.03%, 6.45%, recurrence rate are 6.06% and 6.06% respectively after 2 years, 3 years later the recurrence rates were 9.0%, 32.3%,with significant difference （P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.001）. Conclusion： Jishengwumei Tablet can ef- fectively control the colon polyps relapse again after endoscopic therapy.
