| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨颈静脉球体瘤的诊断和治疗。方法 对我科18例颈静脉球体瘤患的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果 A型患5例，B型患4例，C型患6例，D型患3例(D1型患1例，D2型患2例)。采用3种不同治疗方案，A、B、D2型无复发，C型复发2例，D1型复发1例，复发率为16．7％，18例患术后均无并发症发生。结论 颈静脉球体瘤首选手术治疗。A、B、C、D1型患手术切除效果良好；D2型患术前选择性血管栓塞，可减少术中出血量；D型患可辅以术后局部放疗以消除术中肉眼未能辨认的微小病灶。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnosis and therapy of glomus jugulare. Methods Eighteen cases of glomus jugulare tumors were reviewed. Results 5 cases were A type, 4 cases were B type, 6 cases were C type, 3 cases were D type. Three different kinds of surgical approaches were selected and 18 cases tumors were resected completely. Conclusions Surgical treatment is the first choice to treat glomus jugulare tumors. Preoperative embo1ization is able to reduce the operation time and blood loss. Radiotherapy is able to control the residual tumor. |
