| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨无创正压通气(NIPPV)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)并发呼吸衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法:将68例AECOPD并发呼吸衰竭患者分为两组,对照组28例采用常规治疗,观察组40例在常规治疗基础上加用无创正压通气治疗。比较两组治疗前、后的心率、呼吸频率、血气分析指标和肺功能指标。结果:两组各项指标均有所改善,但观察组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:NIPPV是一种有效的呼吸支持手段,在AECOPD并发呼吸衰竭的救治中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate noninvasive positive pressure ventilationthe treatment(NIPPV) of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation(AECOPD).Methods:68 cases of AECOPD were divided into control group and experimental group.With the control group using the ordinary treatment,the experimental group was treated with NIPPV.Compared heart rate,respiratory rate,blood gas analysis and lung function indices before and after treatment.Results:The indices of the control group had improved,but the observation group had better improvement than the control group.Conclusion:NIPPV is an effective means of respiratory support in the treatment of AECOPD,and it plays an important role in clinical treatment. |
