| 摘 要： | 目的:分别从龙牙木忽木茎皮及心材、芽、叶中提取龙牙木忽木多糖并测定其含量.方法:采用水提醇沉法提取龙牙木忽木多糖,用改良的硫酸-苯酚法测定其含量.结果:测定龙牙木忽木多糖在四个不同部位的含量分别为:茎皮:20.39%,茎心材:11.17%,芽:20.21%,叶:13.29%.结论:改进的硫酸-苯酚法操作简单、准确度高、灵敏度好.

| Abstract: | Objective: To extract polysaccharides from the skin and xylem of the stems and buds and leaves of Aralia elata Seem and determine their content.Methods:The polysaccharide was obtained by the method of water extraction and alcohol precipitation,and the polysaccharide content was measured by the improved phenol-sulphuric acid method.Results:The polysaccharide content in the stem skin of Aralia elata Seem was 20.39%,and in the stem xylem of Aralia elata Seem was 11.17%,and in the buds of Aralia elata Seem was ... |
