光固化复合树脂在前牙修复中的应用

目的探讨光固化复合树脂在前牙冠折、龋坏、变色、扭转、畸形、楔状缺损修复中的美容效果及注意问题。方法利用光固化复合树脂对120颗患牙进行美容修复。结果光固化复合树脂对前牙美容修复后随访6年，1年成功率为96．67％，3年成功率为91．67％，5年成功率为81．67％，经复查疗效稳定。结论光固化复合树脂对前牙美容修复后牙体形状与脸形、牙弓形、邻牙形、对称牙形相协调；色泽与肤色、邻牙色和谐；排列均称；修复物牢固、密合；无继发龋及牙龈炎形成，是影响前牙美容修复中的重要因素。

Application of Light Composite Resin In Anterior Dental Restoration

Objective In order to study effect and point for attention of the consummation of light composite resin in the reservation of dental crown fracture, dental cares, dental discolor, reversion, malformation and defect.Methods 120 teeth have been restored aesthetically with light fixed composite resin. Results After the aesthetic restoration the teeth of light composite resin in anterior dental restoration. After 6 years following up the curative effect is satisfactory. One-year's success rate is 96.67%. Three-year's is 91.67%. And five-year's is 81.67%. Conclusion Light composite resin for anterior dental reservation the dental shape, face, dental arch shape, neighboring dental shape and symmetrical dental shape are harmonious. Color, skin and neighboring dental color are consummate. humoogeneous arrangement , presthetic abutment fixed, lute and no secondary dental caries or gingivitis is formed. It is important factor that affects anterior dental aesthetic restoration.
