时辰药理学在老年高血压患者治疗中的应用

目的研究时辰药理学在老年高血压患者治疗中的应用效果。方法抽取于2011年12月-2012年12月来我院治疗的老年高血压患者70例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组35例,两组均使用左旋氨氯地平治疗,其中对照组采用传统方法给药,观察组依据时辰药理学给药,随访6-12个月并记录两组疗效。结果观察组显效32例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率为97.1%（34/35）,对照组显效23例,有效8例,无效4例,总有效率为88.5%（31/35）,组间差异具统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在老年高血压患者的治疗中,依据时辰药理学给药能有效提高治疗有效率,改善老年高血压患者的生存质量,值得推广应用。

Application of chronopharmacology in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension

Objective To study the effect of chronopharmacology in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods During December 2011 to December 2012,70 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group and the control group,each group of 35 cases. Both groups used levo-amlodipine treatment,and the control group took medicine by traditional method,the observation group took medicine according to the chronopharmacology,6-12 months of follow-up,and recorded the therapeutic effect. Results The observation groups： 32 cases with marked effect,2 cases were effective,1 cases without effect,the total efficiency was 97.1%（34/35）; The control group： 23 cases with marked effect,8 cases were effective,4 cases without effect,the total efficiency was 88.5%（31/35）,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients,taking medicine according to the chronopharmacology can effectively improve the treatment efficiency,improve the life quality of elderly hypertensive patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
