心理护理干预措施对急性冠脉综合征患者情绪的影响

目的探讨心理护理干预措施在急性冠脉综合征（ACS）中的应用效果。方法分析我院2012年1月-2014年1月,经急诊科收治入院并密切随访的78例急性冠脉综合征患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组（40例）与对照组（38例）。对照组给予常规护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用心理护理。比较两组患者下床时间、满意度、住院时间、睡眠质量、焦虑评分（SAS）和抑郁评分（SDS）。结果两组患者下床时间、满意度、住院时间、睡眠质量、SAS和SDS评分比较治疗组均显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论心理护理干预措施在急性冠脉综合征可以减少患者住院时间,促进患者早期下床,提高患者睡眠质量,改善患者紧张焦虑情绪,具有临床推广应用的价值。

The influence of psychological nursing intervention on patients with acute coronary syndrome mood

Objective To investigate the application effect of the psychological nursing intervention in acute coronary syndrome（acute xoronary syndrome,ACS）. Methods 78 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were analyzed and randomly divided into the treatment group（40 cases） and control group（38 cases）. The control group was given conventional nursing,the treatment group was given psychological nursing based on the method of the control group. Two groups of patients,satisfaction of getting out of bed time,hospitalization time,sleep quality,anxiety score（SAS） and Depression Scale（SDS） were compared. Results Two groups of patients,satisfaction of getting out of bed time,hospitalization time,sleep quality,SAS and SDS score in treatment group were significantly better than the control group,the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can reduce hospitalization in patients with acute coronary syndrome patients,promote early get out of bed,improve the quality of sleep in patients,improve patient anxiety,with the clinical application value.
