尼妥珠单抗联合调强放疗及化学治疗在局部晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效观察

目的观察尼妥珠单抗联合调强放疗及化学治疗在局部晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效。方法收集2012年7月-2013年6月我院收治的初治局部晚期鼻咽癌患者48例,均采用调强适形放射治疗及TP（紫杉醇＋顺铂）化疗方案,其中24例作为对照组给予同步放化疗＋辅助化疗,24例作为观察组在对照组的基础上给予尼妥珠单抗同步放疗,观察两组治疗效果及毒副反应。结果对照组完全缓解（CR）10例,部分缓解（PR）6例,总有效率（RR）为66.7%,观察组CR 16例,PR 6例,总有效率为91.7%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（χ^2=4.547,P〈0.05）。而且治疗后两组患者恶心呕吐,白细胞下降、放射性皮炎、黏膜反应等不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论尼妥珠单抗联合调强放疗及化学治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌临床效果满意,安全,未增加毒副反应,具有较高的临床运用价值。

Clinical curative effect analysis of radiotherapy,chemotherapy and nimotuzumab in the treatment of patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness of radiotherapy,chemotherapy and nimotuzumab in the treatment of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 48 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hospital were selected and were received radiotherapy and chemotherapy.And the treatment group was received nimotuzumab treatment in the basic of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Clinical effective was observed. Results The total efficiency of treatment group was 91.7%,which was significantly higher than this of control（χ^2=4.547,P 〈0.05）.And the adverse reactions incidence rates between the two groups after treatment had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Clinical effective of radiotherapy,chemotherapy and nimotuzumab in the treatment of patients with nasopharyngeal is effective.
