高频超声对腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的诊断意义

摘    要:目的探讨高频超声对腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院2006年1月-2014年5月收治的15例腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症患者的资料,所有患者均行高频超声检查,后经手术病理确诊,分析腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症患者的声像图特征。结果高频声像图显示腹壁切口处边缘不清晰、形态不规则,有不均质的低回声团块,未见包膜回声,随访见,团块有经前期增大,回声减弱,经期明显增大,回声不均匀增强,经期后团块缩小,回声略增强。PW探及低速高阻动脉血流频谱。结论高频超声是诊断腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的有价值的方法,能确定病灶大小、浸润范围,形态等特征,是首选的影像学检查方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound in abdominal incisional endometriosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of the data of 15 patients with incisional endometriosis treated in our hospital from January 2006 to May 2014,all patients received high-frequency ultrasound examination,confirmed by pathology,the ultrasonogram features of abdominal incisinal endometriosis were analyzed. Results High-frequency sonogram display unsharpness edge of the abdominal incision,irregular shape,heterogeneous hypoechoic mass,no echo envelope,after following-up,mess enlarged premenstrually,echo weakened,mess enlarged obviously at menstrual period,echo heterogeneous enhanced,mess shrinked after menstruation,echo slightly enhanced.PW explored slow and high-impedance dopplar waveform. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound is a valuable method in the diagnosis of abdominal incisional endometriosis,can determine tumor size,invasive scope,shape and other characteristics,which is the preferred imaging modality.
