宫腔镜检查流产后手术并发症68例临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨宫腔镜技术在流产手术并发症的应用效果。方法选取因实行药物流产及人工流产手术出现并发症来我院就诊的68例患者,其中采用人工流产术31例,使用药物进行流产37例。所有患者均先进行电视宫腔镜检查,以便进一步明确诊断,然后采用不同的治疗。结果组织胚物残留35例;流产后闭经15例,其中分离宫腔或颈管粘连10例;子宫内膜斑点状出血6例;漏吸8例;正常宫腔4例。所有68例患者均得到正确的诊断和治疗,无并发症发生。结论采用电视宫腔镜技术来诊断及处理患者在流产手术后发生的并发症,具有盲视范围小,定位较准确、损伤小及安全性较高等优点,有助于解决我国妇女生殖健康和计划生育上的疑难问题,具有推广应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of hysteroscopy technology in abortion complications. Methods 68 cases of patients with the implementation of medical abortion and artificial abortion due to complications in our hospital were selected,31 cases received artificial abortion,37 cases received medical abortion. Firstly all patients were checked by hysteroscopy for further diagnosis,and received different treatment methods. Results 35 cases with embryo residues; 15 cases with abortion after menopause,including 10 cases of uterine cavity or neck adhesion separation; The endometrium punctate hemorrhage in 6 cases; 8 cases with leakage of absorption; 4 cases with normal uterine cavity. All 68 patients received the correct diagnosis and treatment without complication. Conclusion Using hysteroscopy technology to diagnose and handle the complications after abortions,with small range of blindsight,accurate positioning,lightly damage and security,can help to solve the problems on women's reproductive health and family planning,is worth of popularization and application.
