普米克令舒佐治小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

目的探讨小儿毛细支气管炎采用普米克令舒佐治效果观察。方法本次共选择100例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿作研究对象,均为我院2013年1月-2014年1月收治,采用随机数字表法随机分组,就补液、抗病毒、抗感染、镇静、吸氧等综合治疗（对照组,n=50）与加用普米克令舒雾化吸入佐治（观察组,n=50）效果进行比较。结果观察组临床治愈率为88%,明显高于对照组临床治愈率62%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组无明显不良反应,对照组发生率为8%。观察组咳嗽、湿啰音、哮鸣音、呼吸困难消失时间、平均住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小儿毛细支气管炎采用普米克令舒佐治可显著提高临床治疗效果,加快症状和体征消除,缩短病程,且具较高安全性,对保障患儿生命安全,促使其正常生长发育有非常重要的意义,值得临床广泛推广使用。

A study on the clinical effects of the inhalation of pulmicort respules on bronchiolitis in children

Objective To discuss the effects of pulmicort repulse（budesonide nebulizing suspension） in halation on children with bronchiolitis. Methods 100 cases of children with bronchiolitis in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the research object,they were random grouped by digital table extraction method. The effects of giving anti-viral,anti-infection,sedation,oxygen,other comprehensive treatment（control group,n=50） and the addition of Pulmicort inhalation treatment（observation group,n=50） were compared. Results The clinical cure rate of the observation group was 88%,significantly higher than that（62%） of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There were no significant adverse reactions in observation group,while in the control group was 8%. The observation group showed less disappearance time of cough,rales,wheezing,difficulty breathing and less average length of hospital stay than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pulmicort repulse in halation on children with bronchiolitis children can significantly improve clinical effects,accelerate the elimination of signs and symptoms and duration,and possessed a higher security,and to ensure the safety of children,to promote normal growth and development,is very important worthy of widespread clinical use.
