钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的效果观察

目的探讨为跟骨关节内骨折患者应用钢板内固定治疗的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月-2013年12月入住本院的81例（84足）跟骨关节内骨折患者,入选病例均应用钢板内固定术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果治疗后,跟骨骨折患者Bohler角为（26.2±2.5）°,跟骨宽度（30.1±0.8）mm,与治疗前比较差异具有统计意义（P〈0.05）;经临床统计,跟骨恢复优良率为91.7%,并发症发生率为25.0%。结论为跟骨关节内骨折患者应用钢板内固定治疗,疗效满意,并发症发生率低,钢板内固定术具有较高的应用价值,值得临床应用、推广。

The effect of plate internal fixation for treatment of intraarticular calcaneal fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical effect ofapplication for patients with plate internal fixation for treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fracture. Methods 81 cases（84 feet）of calcaneal fracture From 2010 January to 2013 December in our hospital were treated,selected cases were treated with plate fixation,to observe the therapeutic effect. Results After the treatment,patients with calcaneal fractures Bohler angle was（26.2±2.5）°,calcaneal width（30.1±0.8） mm,compared with those before treatment the difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）; the clinical statistics,the excellent and good rate of recovery of calcaneus was 91.7%,the incidence of complications was 25%. Conclusion For patients with plate internal fixation for treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fracture,the curative effect is satisfied,the low rate of complications,the application value of internal fixation with steel plate has high,is worthy of clinical application,popularization.
