围手术期内患者烧伤整形术后的护理分析

目的对实施烧伤瘢痕整形术患者的术后护理方法进行探讨。方法选取本院2012年3月-2014年3月所收治的烧伤瘢痕整形患者160例作为研究的对象,按随机数字表法将其平均分成两组,即干预组与对照组,对照组患者实行常规性护理,而干预组患者则在此基础之上实施护理干预措施,并对两组患者的临床护理效果进行密切的观察与对比。结果经过护理之后,干预组患者的并发症发生率为11.25%,对照组患者的并发症发生率为28.75%,两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;干预组患者的住院时间（17.21±3.91）d明显低于对照组患者的住院时间（24.82±3.21）d,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论加强对烧伤瘢痕整形患者的术后护理干预,不但能够有效的提升治疗效果,降低术后并发症的出现,同时还能够加速患者伤口的愈合,缩短住院时间,值得在临床上大力推广。

Nursing analysis of perioperation period of patients with burn and plastic surgery

Objective To discuss the surgery nursing method to the patients performed the burn scar plastic operation. Methods 160 cases of burn scar patients in our hospital from 2012 March to 2014 March were selected as the object of study,according to random table method they were average divided into two groups,the intervention group and control group,patients in control group were given routine nursing care,and patients in intervention group were given nursing intervention,the clinical nursing effect of the two groups of patients was observed and contrasted. Results After the nursing,the complications occurred in intervention group of patients was 11.25%,in the control group,it was 28.75%,there were significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The hospitalization time of the Intervention group（17.21±3.91） was significantly lower than that of the control group（24.82±3.21）d,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthen the post operation nursing intervention for patients with burn scar,not only can improve the treatment effect,reduce the post operative complications,but also can accelerate the healing of the wounds,shorten the time of hospitalization,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
