参麦注射液联合肺动脉介入治疗晚期肺癌临床疗效观察

目的观察参麦注射液联合肺动脉介入化疗治疗肺癌的临床疗效。方法将40例晚期肺癌患者随机分为治疗组(介入化疗 参麦)和对照组(介入化疗)各20例。观察两组疗效、生存率和生活质量。结果对照组、治疗组有效率分别为20%和30%;周围型肺癌6个月、12个月、24个月生存率分别为88.8%、66.6%、22.2%,而中央型肺癌的上述生存率分别为72.7%、27.3%和0%;治疗组在升高和稳定患者体重及卡氏评分方面优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论在肺动脉介入化疗的同时给予中药参麦制剂能起到稳定肿瘤病灶、改善患者的生活质量、延长患者生存时间的作用。

Clinical Observation of "Shenmai Injection" plus Interventional Chemotherapy Through Pulmonary Artery in Treating Advanced Lung Cancer

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Shenmai Injection" plus interventional chemotherapy through pulmonary artery in treating advanced lung cancer.Method Forty subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 20 cases were treated by interventional chemotherapy plus "Shenmai Injection" and control group in which 20 cases were treated by simple interventional chemotherapy.The clinical effects,survival rate and life quality were observed.Results The response rates was 20% in control group and 30% in treatment group;the 6-month,12-month and 24-month survival rates were respectively 88.8%,66.6% and 22.2% in peripheral lung cancer,and there were 72.7%,27.3% and 0% in central lung cancer;the body weight and Kaposi' score improved better in treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).Conclusion"Shenmai Injection" plus interventional chemotherapy through pulmonary artery in treating advanced lung cancer is effective to stabilize tumor foci,improve life quality and prolong life span.
