乳腺癌组织中Bub1和p53的表达与意义

目的：了解乳腺癌中Bub1和p53表达概况,探寻在乳腺癌及正常乳腺组织中的表达差异,初步分析其临床意义.方法：通过免疫组织化学法检测乳腺癌及正常乳腺组织中Bub1和p53的表达.结果：正常乳腺组织中Bub1阳性表达率为84%,乳腺癌组织中Bub1的阳性表达率为46%,两者比较差异有统计学意义,P＜0.05.Bub1的阳性表达与乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移和复发有关,P＜0.05.正常乳腺组织中p53表达均为阴性,乳腺癌中阳性表达率为52%,两者比较差异有统计学意义,P＜0.001.结论：基因Bub1和p53表达异常是乳腺癌产生的机制之一,与乳腺癌的发生及发展有关,Bub1可能是乳腺癌预后的重要指标.

Expressions of Bub1 and p53 in the breast cancer and clinical significance

OBJECTIVE:To study the expressions of gene Bub1 and p53 and to demonstrate the relationship between the expressions of gene Bub1 and p53 and breast cancer and to evaluate their clinical significance.METHODS:The inmmunohistochemistry method was used to analyze the expressions of gene Bub1 and p53 in the breast cancer.RESULTS:The rates of Bub1 positive expression in normal breast tissue and breast cancer were 84% and 46%,respectively.There was a significant difference between breast normal tissue and breast cancers,P<0.05,and it was related to lymph node metastasis and recurrence,P<0.05.No p53 protein expression was observed in normal tissue.The rate of p53 positive expression in breast cancer was 52%.There was a significant difference between breast normal tissue and breast cancer,P<0.001.CONCLUSION:Positive expressions of Bub1 and p53 are involved mainly in breast carcinogenesis and Bub1 is associated with the prognosis of breast cancer.
