东莞市暂住人口初治涂阳肺结核患者疗效分析

目的 探索暂住人口结核病控制项目管理和治疗经验。方法 采用世界银行贷款中国结核控制项目的管治方法．对暂住人口涂阳肺结核病人实施DOTS管理和免费治疗。结果 2001年8月～2004年6月登记的暂住人口初治涂阳肺结核病人805例,治愈率为98．5％,阴转率为99．1％,达到常住人口的治疗效果。结论 对暂住人口肺结核病人实施DOTS管理策略是可行和有效的。

Analysis of Treatment Effect on Smear-Positive Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients of the Temporary Residents in Dongguang

Objective To explore the management and treatment of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients of the temporary residents. Method In accordance with organization and technical standards set by the project "the scheme put into effect", DOTS strategy recommended by WHO was carried out to provide free diagnosis and treatment for the temporary residents with pulmonary tuberculosis. Results There were 805 cases registered and treated from Aug. 2001 to Jun.2004. The cure rate was 95.8% and the rate of negative conversion was 99.1%. Conclusion The DOTS strategy was implemented in temporary residents was feasible and effective.
