上海市徐汇区2007年乙类传染病疫情分析

目的了解徐汇区法定乙类传染病的流行规律及变化趋势．为今后制定传染病的预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法根据国家疾病报告管理信息系统上报的传染病资料制定的年报表进行统计分析。结果2007年徐汇法定乙类传染病年发病率为154．24／10万，与2006年相比下降了14．03％。肠道传染病、呼吸道传染病与2006年相比分别下降了46．20％和17．98％：血源及性传播疾病比2006年上升了17．46％。结论要持续有效地做好肠道传染病、呼吸道传染病的监测和管理工作。加强对外来流动人口肠道传染病防治工作。落实好上海市“三位一体”结核病防治模式．开展“接触者调查”。加强对徐汇区监测点医院的性病监测、疫情管理工作，加大全民普及艾滋病、性病防治知识的力度，控制艾滋病、性病的发病率。

Epidemilology Analysis of B Class Infectious Diseases in Xuhui District of Shanghai in 2007

OBJECTIVE To provide scientific evidences for preventive strategy by epidemiological analysis of B class infectious diseases in its prevalence characteristic and treads. METHOD Astatistical analysis was conducted according to the reported data on infectious diseases from the Diseases Reporting Information System. RESULTS The incidence rate of B class infectious diseases was 154.24/lakh, 14.03% lower than that in 2006. At the same time intestinal infectious diseases and respiratory infectious diseases declined 46.20% and 17.98% respectively, but blood-transmitted diseases and sexually transmitted diseases（STD）was 17.46% higher than that in 2006.CON- CLUSION Take measures to strengthen the surveillance and management on intestinal infectious diseases and respiratory infectious dis- eases, as well as immigration population management, the new TB control network, contact investigation, to enhance sexually transmitted diseases surveillance and epidemic situation management of the hospital designated surveillance sites in Xuhui District, and to improve national popularizing rate of preventive and therapeutic knowledge of AIDS and STD in order to control incidence rates.
