患者家属的健康教育促进精神分裂症患者社会功能的恢复

目的:研究对精神分裂症患者家属进行健康教育后对精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复和患者家属心理的影响。方法:将120例精神分裂症患者及其家属随机分成研究组和对照组,各60例,研究组对患者家属进行精神分裂症的相关知识教育,家庭护理方法培训,和主管护士保持适时的沟通,研究时间为半年;对照组未进行任何教育。用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、自知力与治疗态度问卷表(insighttreatmentattitudequestionnaire,ITAQ)和自编治疗依从性问卷对患者进行评定;用精神症状自评表(SLC-90)对患者家属进行量化分析,研究患者出院半年来在家治疗时自知力与治疗依从性的变化及家属心理的影响。结果:入组前两组患者、家属量化比较差异无显著性意义,实施健康教育半年后量化分析结果比较差异均有显著性意义,研究组的BPRS(t=9.31,P<0.01),ITAQ(t=6.74,P<0.01),治疗依从性(t=3.11,P<0.01),患者家属SLC-90(t=1.97～2.99,P<0.01～0.05)均明显优于对照组。结论:健康教育有利于精神分裂症患者的家庭治疗和院外康复,有利于改善家属的焦虑情绪和对患者的态度,有利于患者社会功能的恢复。

Effect of healthy education to patients'family members on the recovery of social function in schizophrenia patients

AIM:To investigate the effect of healthy education to patients'family members on the recovery of social function in schizophrenia patients,and the psychic inf luence on their relatives. METHODS:120 schizophrenia patients and their family members were divided rando mly into research group(RG) and control group(CG)60 in each group.The RG recei ved some related education of psychiatric diseases, family nursing method traini ng and communicating with the nurse in charge for half a year, while nothing had been done to the CG.The brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS), the insight treat ment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ), and drug therapy compliance were conducted to assess patients in the two groups, symptom checklist (SLC-90) was conducted fo r quantitative analysis of family members, to investigate the influence on patie nts'self-command, change of drug therapy compliance and the psychology of the f amily members after the patients. RESULTS:The patients and their relatives in the two groups had no significant difference before grouping, and there was a significant difference between the R G and CG by analyzing the results after half a year.The BPRS(t=9.31,P< 0.01),ITA Q(t=6.74,P< 0.01),drug therapy compliance(t=3.11, P< 0.01) of the patients, th e SLC-90 (t=1.97-2.99,P< 0.01-0.05)of the family members in the RG were obv iously higher than those in CG.
