子宫颈癌端粒酶活性研究

摘    要:目的 探讨端粒酶活性与宫颈癌的相关性以及与其发生发展的关系。方法 采用改良的银染端粒重复序列扩增方法(TRAP)对28份子宫颈癌组织,8份相关淋巴结组织,10份正常子宫颈组织、6份宫颈不典型增生组织的端粒酶进行检测。结果 10份正常子宫颈组织中均未检测出端粒酶活性,6份宫颈不典型增生组织中4份端粒酶活性表达阳性,28份子宫颈癌组织中26份有端粒酶活性表达。结论 端粒酶的激活在宫颈癌起源过程中可能是

Abstract:Objects To investigate the possible relationship between telomerase activity and development of cervical carcinoma. Methods Telomerase activity in 28 specimens of cervical carcinoma tissue, 8 specimens of their related lymph nodes, 6 specimens of cervical dysplasia and 10 specimens of normal cervical tissue was determined by PCR based sliver staining telomeric repeat amplification protocol (TRAP). Results 26 of 28 cervical carcinomas, 4 of 6 cervical dysplasias showed telomerase activity,whereas none of the normal cervical tissuse exhibited telomerase activity. Conclusion Telomerase activity expression might be an early event in the oncogenesis of cervical carcinoma and could be used as its tumor marker in diagnosis.
