| 摘 要： | 目的:介绍微创髋关节外侧斜切口人工髋关节置换术。方法:2004年9月至今21例患者采用微创髋关节外侧斜切口人工髋关节置换术,测量术中切口长度,术中出血量,术后下地时间以及髋关节Harris评分。结果:患者手术切口平均长度5.7cm,术中出血平均为117ml,术后第一次下地时间平均为5天,术后髋关节Harris评分均为92分。结论:微创髋关节外侧斜切口人工髋关节置换术具有创伤小,术中出血少,术后下地时间早,术后髋关节功能良好等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To introduce a minimally total hip arthroplasty through Lateral oblique approach.Methods:Since Sep 2004,17 cases had been operated with lateral oblique approach.To observe incision lenght,blood loss,left bed for first time,and Harris score.Results:The average incision lenght was 5.7cm,the average blood loss was 117ml,the average left bed for first time was 5 days,and the average Harris score was 92.Conclusion:The advantages of total hip arthroplasty with lateral oblique ap- proach were less incision lenght,less blood loss,less time for functional exercise,and good effect of hip after operation. |
