摘    要: 目的 建立环磷酰胺及其制剂的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱定量分析方法。方法 二阶导数差示脉冲极谱法。结果 环磷酰胺在乙醇-水(1∶9)的溶液中,于-0.101 V(vs Ag/AgCl)处出现一良好的二阶导数差示脉冲极谱峰,其峰幅值与环磷酰胺在 0.1~1.4 mmol·L-1范围内呈非常显著的线性关系(P<0.01), 检测限为9.0 nmol·L-1。结论 本法简便、快速、灵敏,结果准确。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To develop an assay for the quantitative determination of the cyclophosphamide and its preparations.METHODS The Secondary derivative differential pulse polarography was developed. RESULTS There was a very good secondary derivative differential pulse polarogram Peak at -1.101 V (vs Ag/AgCl) in ethanol-water (1∶9) solution. The linear relationship between the concentrations of sulfadimidine sodium and the peak height was good over the range of 0.1~1.4 mmol·L-1(P<0.01). The detective limit was 9.0 nmol·L-1.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,rapid and sensitive.
