缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压的谷峰比值与平滑指数的研究

目的探讨缬沙坦治疗轻中度原发性高血压的谷峰比值和平滑指数。方法对30例轻中度高血压患者,口服缬沙坦50mg每天1次,疗程4周,于治疗前后进行24h动态血压监测并计算其谷峰比值(T/P)和平滑指数。结果治疗4周后,24h收缩压和24h舒张压、白昼收缩压和舒张压、夜间收缩压和舒张压以及收缩压血压负荷和舒张压血压负荷的比较均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),T/P为68%和61%。平滑指数为收缩压1.22±0.62,舒张压1.15±0.48。结论缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压T/P比值及平滑指数均良好。

Study of T/P rate and smoothness index of valsartan on essential hypertension

Objective It is to study the T/P rate and smoothness index of valsartan on slightly and middle essential hypertension. Methods 30 patients with slightly and middle essential hypertension were treated valsarta 50 mg taken orally everyday, the course of treatment was four weeks. 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) was given before and after treatment, the T/P rate and smoothness index were calculated. Results Four weeks after treatment, there were very significant differences between 24 h SBP and 24 h DBP, dSBP and dDBP, nSBP and nDBP, SBP load and DBP load ( P <0.01). T/P rates were SBP 68% and DBP 61%. Smoothness indexes were SBP 1.22±0.62 and DBP 1.15±0.48. Conclusion Valsartan on essential hypertension has good T/P rate and smoothness index.
