耳聋左慈丸联合松龄血脉康治疗耳鸣的临床观察

目的采用随机、对照的临床研究方法观察耳聋左慈丸联合松龄血脉康治疗耳鸣的疗效。方法60例40岁以上以耳鸣为主诉的门诊患者,排除客观性耳鸣、外耳及中耳疾病。随机分为2组,对照组给予耳聋左慈丸治疗,实验组给予耳聋左慈丸治疗的同时,加用松龄血脉康胶囊,用药时间为1月,停药后随访1月,评定疗效。结果实验组痊愈4例、显效13例、有效8例、无效4例、失访1例,总有效率83.3%;对照组痊愈1例、显效10例、有效7例、无效12例,总有效率60.0%。2组总有效率比较P〈0.05。实验组有效率显著高于对照组。2组均未出现药物不良反应。结论耳聋左慈丸联合松龄血脉康临床上治疗主观性耳鸣较单用耳聋左慈丸有明显的优势,但还需大样本、多中心、随机对照的长期观察研究进一步验证确切疗效。

Clinical study on treating tinnitus with Erlongzuoci Pill combined with Songlingxuemaikang Capsule

Objective Use To study effects of Erlongzuoci Pill in combination with Songlingxuemaikang Capsule on tinnitus. Methods After ruling out objective tinnitus and outer or middle ear diseases, 60 patients complaining of tinnitus were randomized selected to be treated with either the Erlongzuoci Pill alone or with the Songlingxuemaikang Capsule in addition to the Erlongzuoci Pill. Patients were treated for 1 month and examined at 1 month follow-up after discontinua tion of treatment. Results Of the patients receiving both medictions, 4 reported complete resolution of tinnitus, 13 re ported marked improvement, 8 reported some improvement,,4 showed no improvement and 1 was lost to follow up, yielding an effective rate of 83.3%. Among those who received the Erlongzuoci Pill only, 1 was cured, 10 showed marked improve ment, 7 reported some improvement and 12 got no improvement, demonstrating an effective rate of 60.0% which is lower than those receiving both medications (P<0.05). There was no drug adverse reaction in either group. Conclusion Er longzuoci Pill combined with Songlingxuemaikang Capsule demonstrates improved treatment effects compared to Er longzuoci Pill alone in the treatment of subjective tinnitus. Large series of multicentre, randomized,and placebo-controlled long term studies are needed to confirm this observation.
