| 摘 要： | 目的：评价我院实施临床路径的获益情况。方法：比较临床路径实施前（2007年）、后（2009年）全院平均住院天数、费用、医疗安全,及心肌梗塞、髋关节置换、尿道修补病种患者的平均费用变化。结果：实施临床路径后,医疗效果显著,全院平均住院天数、住院费用均下降,医疗安全显著上升。结论：临床路径可以提高医疗质量,节省医疗成本,提高医院的竞争力。

| Abstract: | Objectives： To evaluate the benefit of implementing clinical pathway. Methods： Average length of stay, medical expense and medical safety, and the average medical expense of myocardial infarction, hip replacement and urethroplasty before and after implementing clinical pathway were compared. Results： After implementing clinical pathway, average length of stay and medical expense were significantly decreased and medical safety was significantly increased. Conclusions： Clinical pathway can improve medical quality, reduce medical cost and promote hospital competition. |
