同型半胱氨酸、超敏C反应蛋白与心房颤动的关系

摘    要:目的 观察同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)在心房颤动患者中的水平变化,探讨其在房颤发生发展中的临床意义.方法 将135例房颤患者分为阵发性房颤组(n=43)、持续性房颤组(n=47)和永久性房颤组(n=45),选取47例窦性心律者为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法及免疫比浊法分别检测各组患者的同型半胱氨酸、超敏C反应蛋白水平.结果 与正常对照组相比,阵发性、持续性及永久性房颤组血清Hcy及hsCRP水平明显增高(P<0.05);持续性及永久性房颤组血清Hcy及hsCRP水平较阵发性房颤组增高(P<0.05);永久性房颤组血清hsCRP及Hcy水平与持续性房颤组比较有升高趋势,但无显著差异(P>0.05).结论 同型半胱氨酸、超敏C反应蛋白水平的升高可能促进房颤的发生和维持.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the levels of homocysteine(Hcy)and high sensitivity C reaction protein(hsCRP)in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF),and to explore their roles in the development of atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 135 patients with AF were divided into paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group(n=43),permanent atrial fibrillation group(n=47) and persistent atrial fibrillation group(n=45),and 47 patients with sinus rhythm were selected as control group.The levels of Hcy and hsCRP were measured respectively by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and immunoturbidimetry(ITM).Results Compared with normal controls,the levels of Hcy and hsCRP in AF patients significantly increased(P<0.05).The levels of Hcy and hsCRP in patients with permanent atrial fibrillation and persistent atrial fibrillation were statistically higher than those in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(P<0.05).The levels of Hcy and hsCRP in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation were higher than those in patients with permanent atrial fibrillation,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The elevation of the levels of Hcy and hs-CRP may promote the occurrence and persistence of AF.
