Prolift盆底重建术35例临床分析

目的 探讨Prolift盆底重建术对盆腔器官脱垂的治疗效果.方法 回顾性分析2010-02~2010-08我院使用Prolift盆腔修复系统治疗不同程度、不同类型的盆腔器官脱垂患者35例的临床疗效、围手术期并发症.结果 应用全盆修复系统33例,前盆修复系统2例;应用全盆修复系统的病例中有2例同时行经闭孔尿道中段无张力悬吊术(TVT-O术式),5例患者行全子宫切除术后应用盆底修复系统.通过手术前后POP-Q评分系统分析疗效,痊愈30例,好转4例,复发1例.术中发生膀胱损伤者3例.结论 Prolift全盆修复系统器械设计较合理、易于被临床医师较好掌握、微创、复发率低,是治疗盆腔器官脱垂的较好选择.

Clinical analysis of 35 patients with pelvic organ prolapse using Prolift

Objective To explore the outcome of Prolift system for pelvic organ prolapse.Methods The clinical data of 35 cases of pelvic organ prolapse who underwent pelvic floor reconstruction using Prolift system in our hospital from February 2010 to August 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of 35 patients,33 patients underwent total Prolift and 2 patients underwent anterior Prolift.Of 33 patients with total Prolift,2 patients underwent simultaneously transvaginal tape-obturator,and 5 patients underwent hysterectomy before Prolift.According to pelvic organ prolapse quantification(POP-Q) stage,30 patients recovered,4 patients got better and one recurred.The bladder perforation during operation happened in 3 patients.Conclusion Prolift may be a good selection for pelvic organ prolapse with proper design,accessible to manage for clinical doctors,less invasion and lower recurrence.
