高职护生同理心的调查研究

[目的]探讨高职护生同理心的特点,为开设同理心训练课程提供实证依据.[方法]运用整群抽样选取某护士学校护生318人为研究对象,采用吴静吉修订的人际反应性指针(IRI-C)进行横断面问卷调查.[结果]不同年级护生在"同情关怀""身心忧急"维度方面存在差异,在校护生"同情关怀"评分高于实习护生(P<0.05);非独生女与家住农村的护生"身心忧急"评分高于独生女和家住城镇的护生(P<0.05).[结论]应根据护生同理心的不同特点进行形式多样的同理心培训,加强对实习护生、独生女和家住城镇护生的同理心培训.

Investigation on empathy of high vocational nursing students

Objective:To probe into the characteristics of empathy among high vocational student nurses and to provide evidences for setting up the empathy training course.Methods: A total of 318 student nurses were selected as objects by using the cross-sectional survey.The interpersonal reactive index was used to cross-sectional questionnaires for the patients.Results: Statistically significant differences were observed in sympathy and "mental and physical misery"among student nurses in different grades.Compared with student nurses who were in-college,clinical student nurses had lower score in empathy,mental and physical misery dimension.Student nurses who were non-only-child and lived in village had higher score in mental and physical misery dimension than those who were only-child and in city.Conclusion:Various forms of empathy training should be carried out based on different characteristics of empathy,and nursing schools should strengthen empathy training for student nurses who were only-child,in clinical internship and nurse students who lived in town.
