摘    要:目的 探讨小剂量肝素对脓毒症大鼠凝血功能的影响.方法 健康雄性Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组、内毒素2 h组、内毒素6 h组、内毒素+肝素2 h组,内毒素+肝素6 h组5组,每组8只,静脉注射LPS建立脓毒症模型.不同时间点测定各组大鼠血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)的变化.结果 与正常对照组相比,内毒素2 h组和内毒素6 h组PT及APTT的延长差异显著(P<0.01),内毒素+肝素2 h组与内毒素+肝素6 h组间PT,APTT差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);内毒素+肝素2 h组与内毒素2 h组相比,以及内毒素+肝素6 h组与内毒素6 h组相比,PT和APTT延长明显改善(P<0.05);内毒素+肝素6 h组与内毒素+肝素2 h组相比,PT和APTT无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论 肝素的早期应用可减缓PT、APTT的延长,改善脓毒症时发生的凝血功能障碍.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of low dose of heparin on coagulation function in sepsis rats.Methods A total of 40 male Wistar rats were randomly assigned into 5 groups:normal control group,LPS 2 h group,LPS 6 h group,LPS+heparin 2 h group,LPS+heparin 6 h group(n=8).Sepsis rat models were induced by intravenous injection of LPS.Prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) in plasma were measured at different time points.Results Compared with normal control group,PT and APTT were significantly prolonged in LPS 2 h group and LPS 6 h group(P<0.01),and they also were prolonged in LPS+heparin 2 h group and LPS+heparin 6 h group(P<0.05).Compared with LPS+heparin groups,PT and APTT increased in LPS groups at 2 h and 6 h,respectively(P<0.05),but PT and APTT were not significantly different between LPS+heparin 2 h group and LPS+ heparin 6 h group(P>0.05).Conclusion Early application of heparin could slow the prolong of PT,APTT and ameliorate the disorder of blood coagulation in sepsis.
