彩色多普勒超声诊断椎动脉病变的分析

目的应用彩色多普勒观察椎动脉病变的形态结构及血流动力学变化.方法采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,探头7.5 MH2检测63例椎动脉病变的内径、收缩期峰值(MAX)、舒张期峰值(MIN)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、有关血流参数及形态结构的变化.结果椎动脉弯曲较多,其次为狭窄,管腔内粥样斑块形成导致血流速度不同程序的减慢.结论颈部椎动脉形态与结构的改变是引起血流动力学改变的基础.椎动脉内血流速度减慢导致了椎基底动脉供血不足.

Color Doppler ultrasonic diagnosis and analysis on vertebral artery of disease

Objective The morphological structure and homodynamic changes of vertebral artery were observed by means of color Doppler ultrasonic measurement. Methods 63 cases of patients were measured at vertebral artery (VA) with 7.5 MHz probe of color Doppler ultrasound to find morphological change and maximun (MAX), minimun (MIN), diameter (D),PI, RI. At the same. Results The measurement showed the vertebral artery of the patients with bends more severely, the second stricture and atherosclerosis plaque leadings to the Blood flow difference degree decrease. Conclusion The morphology are stricture changes of VA brought about are anatomic foundation leading to homodynamic changes, have caused vertebrolis-basilas insufficiency.
