卵巢肿瘤端粒酶活性检测的诊断价值

目的探讨端粒酶活性检测对卵巢肿瘤的诊断价值。方法采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（PAGE）．银染色法检测34例恶性卵巢肿瘤组织、30例良性卵巢肿瘤组织、20例因其他良性病变而切除的正常卵巢组织的端粒酶活性，分析良、恶性卵巢肿瘤组及正常卵巢组的端粒酶活性表达情况。结果恶性卵巢肿瘤组、良性卵巢肿瘤组、正常卵巢组端粒酶活性的阳性率分别为85．29％、16．67％和10．00％。恶性卵巢肿瘤组端粒酶活性较正常卵巢组、良性卵巢肿瘤组显著增高（均P〈0．001）。良性卵巢肿瘤组与正常卵巢组问端粒酶活性无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论检测卵巢肿瘤的端粒酶活性有助于良、恶性卵巢肿瘤的鉴别诊断和早期诊断。

Telomerase Diagnosis Value Activity in Ovarian Tumors

Objective To investigate the relation between telomerase activity and the development of benign ovarian tumors and its value in early diagnosis of ovarian tumors.Methods The telomere repet itive amplification protocol(TRAP) assay was used to detect the telomerase activity in 34 patients with malignant tumors,30 with benign ovarian tumors and 20 with normal tissuses.Results The positivity rate of telomerase activity in malignant ovarian tumors,benign ovarian tumors and normal tissuse was 85.29%,16.27% and 10.00% respectively.Positivity rate of telomerase in malignant ovarian tumors was significantly higher than that in the benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues(P<0.001;P<0.001),whatsoever in most benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues,the telomerase activity was negative(P>0.05).Conclusion Detection of telomerase in ovarian tumor is helpful to the early diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors,and understanding of malignancy of ovarian tumor.
