人工流产术前阴道放置米索前列醇60例临床观察

目的:观察人工流产术前阴道放置米索前列醇的临床效果。方法:选择我院2008年2月～2010年2月自愿终止妊娠患者120例,将患者随机分为,观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组患者实施常规人工流产术,术前阴道不放置米索前列醇,观察组患者在实施人工流产术前1 h,将米索前列醇捻成粉末后放置在前穹窿和后穹窿及宫颈处,1 h后常规行人工流产术。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、宫颈软化扩张总有效率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者人工流产综合征发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产术前阴道放置米索前列醇有助于宫颈软化扩张,显著减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间,临床效果显著。

Influence of vaginal misoprostol placement before artificial abortion in 60 cases

Objective： To observe the clinical influences of vaginal misoprostol placement in artificial abortion.Methods： A total of 120 pregnant women that were willing to undergo termination pregnancy during February 2008-February 2010 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 patients in each group.Misoprostol powder was placed in the former vault,posterior fornix and cervical 1 h before the abortion surgery while the control group only had vocational abortion surgery.Results： Length of operation time,volume of blood loss,the total effective cervical softening and expansion rate and comprehensive complication incidence of the two group were all significantly different（P all0.05）.Conclusion： Vaginal misoprostol placement before the abortion surgery can accelerate the process of cervical softening and expansion,reduce blood loss and shorten the operative time.
