芪归升白胶囊对环磷酰胺致小鼠骨髓抑制及免疫抑制的影响

目的：观察芪归升白胶囊对环磷酰胺致小鼠白细胞减少症及对机体非特异性抵抗能力的影响。方法：利用环磷酰胺建立小鼠白细胞减少症模型,通过检测白细胞、红细胞、血小板计数、胸腺指数和脾脏指数,探讨芪归升白胶囊对环磷酰胺引起的小鼠白细胞减少症的影响;采用耐低氧实验与负重游泳实验观察芪归升白胶囊对机体非特异性抵抗能力的影响。结果：芪归升白胶囊可明显升高模型小鼠的白细胞、红细胞、血小板计数、胸腺指数、脾脏指数,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,能明显延长小鼠耐低氧、游泳时间,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：芪归升白胶囊对环磷酰胺所致小鼠造血功能低下有显著的促进恢复作用,并能增强机体非特异性抵抗能力。

The effect of Qigui Shengbai Capsules on leukocytopenia induced by Cyclophosphamide and the nonspecific resistance in mice

Objective：To study the effect of Qigui Shengbai Capsules on leukocytopenia induced by Cyclophosphamide and the nonspecific resistance in mice. Methods：The leukocytopenia model in mice was induced by Cyclophosphamide intraperitioneal injection and adopted to observe the effects of Qigui Shengbai Capsules on leukocytopenia induced by Cyclophosphamide,white blood cell count,red blood cell count,hemoglobin,the platelet count,thymus index and spleen in -dex were detected; mouse hypoxia tolerance in normal pressure influence and loaded swimming time were adopted to observe the effects of Qigui Shengbai Capsules on the nonspecific resistance in mice. Results：Qigui Shengbai Capsules sig-nificantly increased white blood cell count,red blood cell count,the platelet count,thymus index and spleen index （ P0.05 or P0.01）,and mouse hypoxia tolerance in normal pressure influence and loaded swimming time were significantly prolonged （P0.05 or P0.01）. Conclusion：Qigui Shengbai Capsules plays a significant role in promoting the recovery of Cyclophosphamide-induced hematopoietic function in mice,and can improve the nonspecific resistance of body.
