| 摘 要： | 本文采用一次性被动回避条件反应—跳台法及避暗法的行为实验和3种化学物质所致记忆障碍的模型,观察了对-氯苯甲氧基乙酸二甲氨基乙酯盐酸盐对小鼠学习记忆的影响。结果表明上述化合物能对抗东莨菪碱引起的记忆获得障碍;对于氯霉素所致记忆巩固不良以及30％乙醇引起的记忆再现障碍均有对抗作用。

| Abstract: | The effects of dimethylaminoethyl (4-chlorophenylmethyloxy)acetate were studied by using one trial passive avoidance response. Results indicate that dimethylamino ethyl (4-chlorophenylmethyloxy) acetate improves scopolamine-induced impairment of acquisition of memory and chloramphenicol-induced disturbance of memory. Dimethylamino ethyl(4-chlorophenyl methyloxy)acetate presents to antagonize 30% alcoholinduced disturbance of repetition. |
