| 摘 要： | 目的对4个不同厂家替硝唑片进行质量考察.方法采用高效液相色谱法测定替硝唑片中替硝唑含量,转篮法结合紫外分光光度法测定替硝唑片溶出度.结果不同厂家替硝唑片含量、溶出度有统计学意义上的差异.结论 4个不同厂家替硝唑片含量、溶出度均符合质量标准.

| Abstract: | Aim To compare the quantities of tinidazole tablet producted by 4 manufacturers.Method The contents of tinidazole tablets were determined by HPLC,the dissolutions were determined by barket converted method and UV spectropholometer method.Result Statistical analysis showed that there are significant difference in the contents and dissolutions of tinidazole tablets produted by 4 manufacturers.Conclusion The contents and dissolutions of tinidazole tablets producted by 4 manufacturers were meet the requirements of quality standard. |
