| 摘 要： | 目的对28例无精症患者病理特征进行总结。方法观察并对比宁夏中卫某乡13例无精症和石嘴山地区15例无精症患者睾丸活检的病理特等。结果13例中卫某乡无精症患者睾丸活检中，6例光镜下有基本相同的病理组织学特征，与石嘴山地区15例无精症患者睾丸活检对比，其病理特点不同（费歇尔精确概率P〈0．05）。结论推断宁夏中卫某乡无精症患者可能有相同的致病因素，该地区男子无精症的可能是一种损害睾丸生精细胞的物质，而对支持细胞及间质细胞无明显损害。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study pathological characteristics of testicular biopsy for 28 cases with azoospermatism.Methods Pathological characteristics of testicular biopsy for 15 cases with zoosperima were observed in Shizuishan Ningxia and 13 cases with azoospermatism were observed in Zhongwei Ningxia.Cutting in para flin dyeing HE was examed by light microscope and eyepiece micrometer.Results There were similar pathology characteristics in 6 cases of 13 cases in testicular biopsy in Zhongwei.Comparing with 15 cases of testicular biopsy for azoospermatism in Shi Zuishan,there was different pathologica characteristics(P<0.05).Conclusion The results indicate that there may be the same of etiology and the material injure spermatogenece epithelium in Zhongwei Ningxia,but this material dosen't injure sustentacacular cells and interstitial cells. |
