RIA与GICA测定尿HCG的结果比较

目的：对胶体金免疫层析试验与放射免疫分析随机尿HCG的结果进行比较分析。方法：采用胶体金免疫层析测定试条和放射免疫分析法对148例育龄妇妇随机尿HCG进行测定。结果：胶体金免疫层析试条对随机尿HCG的灵敏度为120．0mIU/ml，检测范围在120－427570mIU/ml，当尿HCG浓度大于427570mIU/ml时，该试条出现带现象，放射免疫分析法的灵敏度为25mIU/ml，没有带现象。结论：胶体金免疫层析试条具有操作简单、快速等优点，与放射免疫分析法相比，存在灵敏度低、带现象和不能定量等问题，在日常应用中应加以注意。

Comparision of Results of GICA and RIA in Determination of HCG i n Urine

Objective To compare the results of golden immunochromastographic assay (GICA) and radioimmunoassay (RIA) in determination of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in urine. Methods 148 random urine specimens from child-bearing age women were determined for HCG with both GICA and RIA. Results The lowest detactable content of HCG in urine was 120.0mIU/ml with GICA and the detectable range of concantranion was 120-427570mIU/ml, over which the zone phenomena (antigen excess) occurred with false negative rasult. The sensitivity with RIA was 25mIU/ml and there was no zone phenomena. Conclusion The GICA wasa simple and rapid method in determination of HCG in urine, but there was the disadvantoge of lower sensitivity and presence of zone phenomena.
