影响针刺治疗周围性面瘫若干因素的临床对比观察

目的分析影响针刺治疗周围性面瘫疗效相关因素,为临床选择最佳治疗时机。方法将133例周围性面瘫患者,按治疗时间、面神经损伤程度、面神经损伤部位、辨证分型、痊愈所需疗程等方面进行对此观察。结果面神经损伤平面越低疗效越高;开始针刺治疗时间越早,治愈率越高,所需疗程越短;面神经损伤程度越轻,疗程越短;辨证分型则无明显差异。结论周围性面瘫最佳治疗时机是急性期。

Clinical comparative observation of some factors influencing acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis

Objective To analyze the factors influencing the curative effect of acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A comparative observation was made in period of treatment, degree of facial nerve injury, position of facial nerve injury, classification based on syndrome differentiation and course of treatment needed for cure in 133 patients with facial paralysis.Results The lower the plane of facial nerve injury, the better the curative effect. The earlier the acupuncture treatment started, the higher the cure rate and the shorter the needed course of treatment. The smaller the degree of facial nerve injury, the shorter the course of treatment. There was no significant difference between different types determined by syndrome differentiation.Conclusion The acute stage of peripheral facial paralysis is the optimal time for treatment.
