门腔静脉小口径侧侧分流术治疗门静脉高压症

本组15例食管静脉曲张出血患者,按Child分类,A级6例,B级6例,C级3例。其中,10例实施紧急分流术,5例属选择性分流。吻合口口径大小自1.0～1.2厘米不等,完成分流后门静脉压平均下降11.3厘米水柱。本组观察,小口径门腔静脉侧侧分流术对控制食管静脉曲张出血是有效的,术后脑病仅有两例,且较轻。术后随访时间自半年至3年,均未见复发曲张静脉出血。

Small diameter side-to-side portacaval shunt in treatment of portal hypertension

A group of 15 patients with bleeding esophageal varicose were operated upon during the period from January 1977 to September 1980. According to Childs classification, 6 of the patients were classified as A, 6 as B,and 3 as class C.Among these,10 cases had undergone emergency shunt operations, 5 cases elective shunt. The stomal size of the shunt varies over the range 1.0--1.2cm, portel pressure is lowered by 11.3cm. H2O in average after operation. Observation has shown that small diameter side-to-side portacaval shunt was effective in the control of bleeding esophageal varicose. There were only two mild cases of postoperative encephalopathy. Postoperative follow-up period ranged from six months to three years.No recurrent variceal bleeding occurred in all of these patients.
