| 摘 要： | 目的：观察阿昔洛韦与万乃洛韦治疗生殖器疱疹的临床疗效。方法：35例生殖器疱疹随意分为2组。A组用阿昔洛韦，B组用万乃洛韦治疗。分别观察其起效时间，皮损清除时间等临床指标。结果：在各项临床指标的改善程度方面，万乃洛韦明显优于阿昔洛韦。结论：与阿昔洛韦相比，万乃洛韦在治疗生殖器疱疹时显示出更好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinic response of genital herpes (GH) treated by acyclovir (ACV) and valacyclovir(VCV). Methods: 35 cases with GH ware devided into 2 groups, group A treated by ACV and group B by VCV. The treatment response, duration of lesion clearance have been investigated. Results: VCV showed the better response than ACV in the disorder. The clinic indicators were much improved in group B. Conclusion: Compared with ACV, VCV indicated the better clinic response in treatment of GH. |
