糖尿病鼻咽癌病人三维调强放疗的护理

[目的]探讨糖尿病鼻咽癌病人三维调强放疗的护理经验。[方法]87例鼻咽癌病人,采用立体三维调强技术进行放射治疗,配合较全面的医疗护理,以保证治疗的顺利进行。[结果]本组病例均顺利完成疗程,有两例病人死于心脏疾病,其余均生存至今。腮腺、口腔、皮肤、脑等放射性反应及损伤明显低于常规放疗。[结论]运用三维调强放疗,配合较全面的医疗护理明显提高了糖尿病鼻咽癌病人的综合疗效。

Nursing care of diabetes mellitus with nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing three-dimensional intensity modulation radiated therapy

Objective: To probe into nursing experiences of diabetes mellitus patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing three-dimensional intensity modulation radiated therapy (IMRT). Methods: A total of 87 diabetes mellitus with nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who were confirmed by MRI or CT, and biopsy of nasopharynx were selected. They were treated with IMRT at a dosage of 70 Gy to 75 Gy and combined with all-round medical handling and nursing care so as to ensure the treatment successful. Results: All cases had completed the scheduled IMRT smoothly. Among them, two cases died of heart disease and others are alive up to now. Both radioactive reactions and injuries of parotid glands, oral cavity, skin and brain of all cases were much less than that of routine radiotherapy. Conclusion: Three-dimensional IMRT combined with all-round medical handling and nursing care has obviously enhanced the comprehensive curative effect of diabetes mellitus with nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.
