血清维生素D、甲状旁腺激素水平与高血压的相关性研究进展

高血压的危险因素分为可改变的与不可改变的两部分。有研究证实,维生素D(VitD)缺乏与甲状旁腺激素(PTH)过高是高血压可改变的危险因素,VitD缺乏不仅可以影响肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮和PTH水平及胰岛素的敏感性,而且可以直接参与血管炎性反应及心肌重构,影响高血压的发病及病变进展。PTH则可以通过促进心肌肥厚、血管炎性反应及血管钙化等参与高血压的病变进展。纠正VitD缺乏及甲状腺素水平过高可以有效缓解高血压。

Research Progress of Relevance between Serum Vitamin D and Parathyroid Hormone Levels with Hypertension

The risk factors of hypertension can be divided into changeable and unchangeable parts.There is evidence that,lack of vitamin D(Vit D)and high parathyroid hormone(PTH)levels are modifiable risk factors of hypertension.The study shows that,Vit D not only influences the level of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone and PTH,but also directly participates in vascular inflammatory response and myocardial remodeling mechanisms involved in hypertension disease.And PTH may promote vascular calcification mechanisms involved in hypertension disease by promoting myocardial hypertrophy,promote vascular inflammation.Correction of Vit D deficiency and high PTH can alleviate hypertension effectively.
