半导体激光联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

目的观察半导体激光、He—Ne激光联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将118例带状疱疹患者分为3组，试验组、对照组1及对照组2。所有患者均给予伐昔洛韦以及维生素B1、维生素B12治疗。试验组和对照组1再分别使用半导体激光和He—Ne激光照射。结果试验组在痊愈率、总有效率及止痛、止疱、结痂时间、后遗神经痛发生率等方面均明显优于对照组。结论半导体激光联合伐昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗程短，疗效快，安全性好。

Efficacy of semiconductor laser combined with valaciclovir in treating patients of herpes zoster

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and the safety of semiconductor laser combined with valaciclovir in treating the patients of herpes zoster. Methods One hurdred and eighteen cases of herpes zoster were divided into one test group and two control groups randomly. All groups were given valaciclovir, vitaminB1, vitaminB12. Meanwhile semiconductor laser and He-Ne laser radiation was given to the test group and control group 1 respectively. Result The research has shown that the cure rate, total effective rate, the time of vesicle scabbing, pain relieving and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia of the test group were significantly better than the control groups. Conclution The treatment of semiconductor laser combined with medicine is a safe and effective method for the patients of herpes zoster with a shorter course of treatment.
