Q开关532nm激光和超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗脂溢性角化病临床观察

目的观察Q开关532nm激光及超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗脂溢性角化病的疗效。方法采用Q升关532nm激光和超脉冲二氧化碳激光，根据皮损形态治疗135例患者，共计307处戍损。每次治疗4周后随访，回顾性分析治疗效果和不良反应。结果262处皮损痊愈，治愈率85.3％；38处皮损显效，有效率97．7％。暂时性色素沉着31例（10．1％）。结论根据皮损形态分别使用Q开关532nm激光及超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗脂溢性角化病安全有效，可在临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of Q-switch 532nm laser and super pulse CO2 laser in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Q-switch 532nm laser and super pulse CO2 laser in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis. Methods We treated 135 patients who had 307 lesions of seborrheic keratosis by using Q-switch 532nm laser and super pulse CO2 laser respectively. Cases were follow-up after four weeks of each treatment. The efficacy and side effects were observed. Result We got 262 healing lesions （healing rate 85.3%） and 38 significantly effective lesions. The total effective rate was 97.7%. Thirty-one cases （10.1%） had temporal pigmentation. Conclusion The different treatments of seborrheic keratosis with Q-switch 532nm laser and super pulse CO2 laser are effective and deserve generalization.
