抗癌中药艾迪对肺癌的疗效及作用机制分析

目的 分析血液中癌胚抗原(carcinoma embryonic antigen,CEA)mRNA水平、缓解率的变化,评价抗癌注射液艾迪对肺癌的疗效.方法 将80例肺癌患者随机分为两组,实验组40例,对照组40例,应用半巢式-聚合酶链反应检测患者注射艾迪前后血CEA mRNA水平及完全缓解(CR)、部分缓解(PR)、临床无变化(SD)率.结果 治疗后实验组CEA mRNA阳性9例(22.5％),对照组18例(45.0％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；CR+PR+SD率上升达80.0％(P＜0.05).结论 抗癌中药艾迪能有效治疗肺癌,使CEA mRNA阳性例数减少,提高临床获益率.

Analysis on effect and mechanism of anticancer Chinese medicine Aidi to treat lung cancer

Objective To detect the changes of carcinoma embryonic antigen(CEA) mRNA in blood and the remission rate for evaluating the effects of anticancer Aidi Injection in treating lung cancer.Methods 80 cases of lung cancer were divided into the experimental group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The CEA mRNA expression analysis was performed by semi-nested-polymerase chain reaction before and after treatment.The remission rates including complete remission and partial remission were observed.Results 9 cases(22.5%) in the experimental group were positive CEA mRNA and lower than 18 cases(45.0%) in the control group with statistical difference between them(P<0.05).The rate of CR+PR+SD in the experimental group was increased to 80.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion Anticancer Chinese medicine Aidi can effectively treat lung cancer,reduce the number of CEA mRNA positive cases and increase the clinical benefit response.
