当飞利肝宁治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病64例临床观察

目的探讨当飞利肝宁胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的疗效。方法选择128例患者随机分为两组,治疗组64例应用当飞利肝宁胶囊治疗,对照组64例应用护肝胶囊治疗,治疗前后分别观察两组患者症状体征改善情况并且检测ALT、AST、B超及TG、CHO、HS-CRP的变化情况。结果治疗结束时发现两组间症状体征及ALT、AST、B超及TG、CHO、HS-CRP变化有明显差异。结论当飞利肝宁不但可以改善肝功能减轻肝脏内脂肪沉积,而且可以降低血甘油三酯和胆固醇。

Clinical observation of Dangfeiliganning capsule effect on 64 cases with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Dangfeiliganning capsule on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods 128 cases with NAFLD were randomly divideel into two groups: the control group and the therapeatic group.64 cases in therapeutic group were treated with dangfeiliganning capsule;another 64 cases were treated with liver protection capsule.The results of ALT,AST,Ultrasound,TG,CHO,HS-CRP as well as improvement of clinical sign were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Comparision with control group,there are significant differences in alteration of ALT,AST,Ultrasound,TG,CHO,HS-CRP and clinical signs in therapeutic group(P<0.05) in alteration.Conclusion Using dangfeiliganning capsule to treatment NAFLD,it could effective improve the fatty deposit in the liver,also lower the serum TG and CHO.
