注射用头孢拉宗钠与5%葡萄糖及0.9%氯化钠输液的配伍稳定性考察

目的考察注射用头孢拉宗钠与0.9%氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液的配伍稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法,测定头孢拉宗钠与两种输液在25℃条件下放置8 h内不同时间点的含量变化,并观察其外观及pH值变化情况。结果8 h内配伍溶液澄清,色泽基本无变化,pH值和头孢拉宗含量均无明显变化。结论注射用头孢拉宗钠与两种输液配伍8 h内可配伍使用。

Study on Stability of Compatibility of Cefbuperazone Sodium for Injection with 2 Infusion Injection

Objective To investigate the stability of compleces of Cefbuperazone Sodium for inhection when mixed with 0.9% NaCl injection,and 5% glucose injection.Methods The samples of the complexes were collected at the 0,1st,2nd,4th,6th,and 8th hour after mixing Cefbuperazone Sodium with 2 infusion injection were determined by UV-spectrophometry.The variation of the solution sppearance and pH value were observed at different times.Results Under the condition of 25 ℃ at 8 h,the 2 compatible mixtures had no significant varation in the solution appearation,pH value and contents.Conclusion The compatibility of Cefbuperazone Sodium for inhection and four common infusion solutions is stable,which can be used within 8 h.
