异甘草酸镁联合丹参治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎对照观察

[目的]对应用异甘草酸镁与丹参联合对患有非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。[方法]抽取88例非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的患者病例,将其分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组44例。对照组患者采用还原型谷胱甘肽进行治疗;治疗组患者采用异甘草酸镁与丹参联合进行治疗。治疗30d为一疗程判定疗效。[结果]治疗组患者肝炎症状改善效果明显优于对照组;治疗前后肝功能和血脂相关指标的改善幅度明显大于对照组。[结论]应用异甘草酸镁与丹参联合对患有非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate Combined with Salvia Miltiorrhiza in Treating Nonalcoholic Fatty Hepatitis control Observation

[Objective]To magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with Danshen Injection on patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis in patients with the clinical therapeutic effect analysis.[Methods]Selected 88 cases of non-alcoholic fatty hepatitis case,will be divided into control group and treatment group,44 cases in each group the average.Control group was treated with reduced glutathione for treatment;treatment group was treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with Danshen injection for treatment of.[Results]The treatment group patients hepatitis symptom improvement effect was better than the control group;liver function before and after therapy and lipid related indicators improved significantly greater than the control group.[Conclusion] The application of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with Danshen Injection on patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis in patients under treatment clinical effect is very obvious.
